Data We Collect

Data Stored Locally on Your Device

All your personal data is stored locally on your device using iOS storage (UserDefaults). We do not collect, transmit, or store any data on external servers. This includes:

• Sleep entries (bedtime, wake time, quality ratings, mood, notes)
• Dream journal entries
• Caffeine intake logs
• Nap records
• Breathing exercise history
• Snoring detection sessions
• Sound mixer preferences and saved mixes
• Streak and achievement progress
• App settings and preferences

HealthKit Data

With your permission, the App may read and write sleep data from Apple Health (HealthKit). This data stays on your device and is governed by Apple's privacy policies. We never access your HealthKit data outside of your device.

Microphone Access

The App requests microphone access only for the snoring detection feature. Audio is processed locally on your device in real-time and is not recorded, stored, or transmitted. Temporary audio files used during detection are deleted immediately after the session ends.

Screen Time / Family Controls

The App uses Apple's Family Controls framework to block distracting apps during your sleep schedule. This data is managed entirely by iOS and we have no access to which apps you use or block.
